Baker later said he is only aware of “less than 10” transgender athletes among the more than 500,000 athletes in NCAA schools.

How many Americans are living in poverty? How many Americans were driven into poverty by healthcare costs? How many Americans don’t have access to clean running water? How many Americans are homeless?

Focusing on a few trans athletes is a distraction. Don’t let them pull the wool over your eyes.

It represents a larger problem, the cult-like treatment of trans issues. Hell, people are unironically supporting puberty blockers when children can’t consent

I understand that some people post this kind of content on social media out of a genuine concern for the well-being and safety of children.

But do you know what’s a bigger threat to the very lives of American children? Firearms are the number one cause of death for children and teens in america.

I wish there was more discussion about gun safety than puberty blockers.

Can you link a study about possible negative side effect of puberty blocker ? Because each time i check i find that it only pause puberty and they only need to stop taking them to go through it. Which would mean that there is no problem letting children decide if they want to take puberty blockers , as the effect is reversable ?

You should read the paper before posting it, This paper is clearly pro puberty blockers, while it is true that it is saying that trans women loses some bone density because of the treatment it is never clarified if they loses bone density for a male, thus having a female’s bone density or even if they lack bone density at all. And even if that was the case … What problems would it bring ? A slight increase in the probability of breaking your arm?

They clearly say that the reward outweight the risk “Concerns about skeletal losses become less significant in an adolescent with active suicidal ideations. While the significance of the risks may be unclear, there is strong evidence regarding the benefits of GnRHa in transgender youth: it can be a life-changing and lifesaving treatment for a vulnerable population who is at high risk for anxiety, depression, and suicide”
