I get them sometimes too. After googling it before, my best guess is precordial catch. Apparently good posture and staying hydrated can help prevent it.

4·14 days agoI guess I’m just associating them with their “boy band” phase then. Most of my Beatles listening was probably from the collection of hits on the 1 album back in the late 90s or early 2000s, whenever that came out.
AC/DC for sure. Every song has the same vibe. It’s a good vibe, but once you’ve heard one song, you’ve heard them all.
…is it going to be controversial if I also say The Beatles? Maybe not ALL of their music, but most.
3·15 days agoPeople have given you good resources, so I’ll just speak to the second part: I switched a few months ago, and it has been surprisingly easy. I’m just… doing normal computer things like I used to on windows. Even gaming.

1·21 days agoI used to have a room dedicated to retro games and tech, but since having kids, it’s all been crammed into closets. Once they’re old enough to not break stuff, I plan to get the “museum” out again in some form so that they can enjoy it.

I’ve now changed my system interface font to this, and it looks great.
I’ve never had strong opinions on fonts, but I do like the way this one looks now that you mention it.
This happened to me too a few years ago, and I’m also quite a calm person, so it caught me by surprise.
It was 6 months or so after becoming a father, and my best guess is that the sleep deprivation was messing with my head. It stopped and I’ve been fine since.
