  • experience living in a big, culture-rich city.

don’t move to a big city if you’ve never spent a significant amount of time in one. i don’t care how “culture-rich” it is. true, a lot of people love the noise, crowds, crime, stink, traffic, astronomical prices for literally everything, and all the other crap that’s tangled up in city life, but there’s no amount of money anyone could pay me to put up with even one of those things ever again. if you’re in your 20s, maybe you’ll love the night life. but that gets old quick. or you better hope it does…

  • lol kind of what i was getting at… for any devs in here, the surest way to make someone despise what you consider to be “good music” even more than they already do is to FORCE them to listen to it. saying that because i’m doing another playthrough of death stranding.

oh, the choices are listen to your fucking terrible music, or have no audio at all? guess i’m playing as a deaf person then.

i would never try to impose the music i like on someone else. wtf even is that?

i worked for an auctioneer who had thousands of these souvenir spoons. i’d post 10 or 15 for sale on his ebay account every week and they all sold for between $20-$40 each

edit: they don’t go for near that much anymore. antiques are dead

  • try what? give mozilla money? sure, i’d buy a browser, maybe even a reasonably priced subscription. but would that guarantee a bullshit-free product? i’m skeptical. also, they’d never make enough money that way

this thread is full of lamenting over google’s global takeover and downvotes for me not stomping my feet about it, but i’ve yet to see an actionable suggestion for what to do about it
