Yeah i had one too a few weeks ago. Scared the shit out of me as i couldn’t breathe for a few seconds. I thought i was suddenly severely sick. Turns out it was just a panic attack i somehow got a few minutes after the german elections results came out. what a coincidence.

I had them often when I was smoking. Quit and haven’t had many in the 12 years since.
