"The year after he was arrested while protesting, Harsono went on a vandalism spree with a can of spray paint and was convicted of causing property damage. "

Guess if ya are gonna come here from a different country, then don’t break the law and don’t crap on the freedoms we provide.

He’s still entitled to due process before jackboots send him to a death camp. Also we shouldn’t have giving death camps.

We have a convicted felon in the white house ordering the abductions of legal residents and you’re whining about some spray paint…

Also, minor property damage is a pretty benign offense, especially when all you need to fix it is a pressure washer.

Make him pick up trash on the freeway or something.

What death camp is that? Do you have proof of any death camp he’s going to?

Guess not. Explain it to me. Because surely you’re not calling the entire country of Indonesia a death camp. Racists aren’t welcome here. So please be careful of your rhetoric. Racism and bigotry are against the rules here.

Becoming a citizen is “being a criminal”?
Being a student is a crime now too? No wonder you’re in this comm.

Was he convicted of being a student? Doesn’t sound like that was his crime. He destroyed other people’s property on purpose. That’s a crime. If he really wanted to stay here bad enough, he could have avoided destroying people’s property.

I don’t go around destroying people’s property. And I’m a student. Pretty easy not to destroy property.

No wonder you’re in this comm.

            But you’re here too…so…

Harsono, who is studying for a graduate degree, was accused of being part of an illegal gathering but never charged over the incident.

Harsono’s wife Peyton who is a US citizen, said that arrest had also been mentioned by ICE cops while explaining his arrest.

Im in this post because i saw it on my Hot/All feed. I’m not defending the assholes and scumbags deporting thousands of random people all over the country at will.

You’re here because you think that’s ok.

It is OK. We have laws for a reason. If people come here illegally, they can’t stay. That is what the people wanted when they elected Trump. Why do you hate Democracy so much?

This is a conservative community talking about conservative issues. So I don’t know who you are complaining about in that little rant.

He’s logic is weird. He was afraid to voice his opinion in Indonesia so he came here to destroy shit. Time to send him back to Indonesia. We don’t need more criminals in this country. We already have enough democrats
