Nearly 1 in 4 Americans believe the U.S. health care system is in crisis, and high costs are the top reason why, the results of a new poll suggest.

    They needed a poll for that?

    “It’s not that they don’t have the plans,” Lydia Saad director of U.S. social research at Gallup, told The Washington Post. “They can’t afford the plans.”

    So what that boils down to is you don’t have a plan.
