OP is working for a huge corporation, so slacking off and getting paid for that is ethical.
I’d go even one step further and say that slacking off is more ethical than actually working in that situation.

As long as it have good value to me I will use it. The same as with other services.
The thing is I don’t mostly mind paying for having YouTube without ads, but I would prefer if it didn’t have anything to do with Google in the first place.
Sadly Firefox is also slowly becoming malware.
Yes, sure. But you’re making it a bigger deal than it is in reality.
Not really, when I was 19 I was in fact in a relationship with a 15 year old girl. Not that huge age gap, to be honest.
I don’t now, I wouldn’t mind that at 15.
If you happen to see blue screen on Windows, it’s most likely a hardware or driver problem. It is not Windows 9x days when a user program could take down whole OS with ease.
I’ve seen one recently, when I kicked my computer by an accident.
I don’t want to be that guy, because I still hate Windows, but… most people who have these problems just didn’t set up updates properly. Well, that, or they never restart their computer.
One of the first things I do while migrating user to a new PC (or just giving one for newly employed person) is that I disable all useless Microsoft shit automatically starting up in the task manager.
You can still use the classic version of Outlook, that comes with latest Office. It is literally called “Outlook (classic)” in the start menu.

I’d accept paywalls If I could pay for a ‘package’ where I have access for all these paywalled websites and each gets money proportional to how often I’ve used them. There’s no way I am going to pay for all these separately.
But there’s no such thing, so I just block ads, and whenever I see a paywalled website I just close it.
I don’t know if that was a near death experienced, but one time I have nearly collapsed when commuting on a bus, after I drank 5 cups of coffee. My blood pressure went through the roof.
It also made me think some things in my life.
I am Polish, so it’s not that hard for me :) But I’ve made a huge mistake of not learning where to put an accent (ударение) on each word, so my pronunciation might be way off for some words. Also I try way too hard to make sentences that make sense in Polish, but in Russian they might sound weird. Lack of practice, I guess. But I definitely see progress over time when I talk to native speakers (Ukrainian refugees mostly).
Why are they making it harder for me to learn Russian and Turkish :/
Fuck up your life by doing this simple trick
Assembly isn’t magic. Computers compiling/interpreting high-level languages into assembly, and making everything works without constantly breaking IS MAGIC
I miss the time when not all icons were a rectangle or a circle.
