Nederlander?
This used to work for me but these days the only way it works is if I pace myself with a big glass of water in between each alcoholic drink. The “chug a liter before bed” only somewhat helps now, but barely.
I don’t hate it, I’m sad about it because it could be so much more.
The firefly ones are great.
Probably become a vegetable from the brain damage/concussions/broken spine. Rocket league.
The moon feels much more real to me when I see it in the daytime. At night it’s so bright I can’t really make out the details (my eyes aren’t the best), but during the day I see it very clearly and it looks more 3D, makes it feel much more like the big rock in space that it is.
Still not nearly as expensive though, prices in the US are artificially inflated through collusion, while prices in the EU are kept down via the huge bargaining power countries have when negotiating under a unified front.
Yes! It’s almost exactly like that. I only use it to sharpen a couple of “nicer” kitchen knives I use for cooking, we don’t even bother with butter knives or other ones, and the cooking ones are decent (German) but nothing crazy either.
Are these the ones with the angled V shaped thingy? I have one where you put the knife through three different coarseness levels and it works good enough for me. I’m sure I’d fuck the blade up with real ones.
Merci pour la citation. Indeed the fact she’s used the English word makes it lose a bit of edge but still, the sentiment is there.
For me “skibidi-bap” is a vocal flourish I’d hear in dub or reggae, like, not as classic as “booom selecta” or some others but it’s up there.
Ah yes good point, I missed that puff of sand, certainly would seem to support it being right side up. I might be thinking of another, similar image which was flipped.
This holds true across pretty much everything, you’re always better off doing a moderate amount of effort regularly over a longer period of time than going all-in for a short period, it’s just being human. Ever since we were hunting mammoths by slowly walking behind them, rather than sprinting.
Piano is maybe a slightly easier learning curve at the very beginning if you’re just trying to play with one hand and sound like a 4 year old, but these curves cross real quick. It’s much easier to sound decent with a guitar, which sounds like what you’re trying to do.
You’ve got a lot of good advice all over this thread, up to you to listen to it!
I knew I’d find this here! Everything is in order, move along citizens.
Helaas pindakaas…
