I’ve been telling my LGBTQ friends and acquaintances to use signal messenger and get a VPN like mullvad, you can buy vouchers on Amazon.

Car parts are going to go way up, that also means the cost of new and used cars is also going to go up, especially with interest rates stabilizing. I’m seeing used cars in the 200k-300k miles range for sale right now. Take care of your car and watch for rust, because that is going to have to last you a long time.
I think the three word could catch on, but you have to be careful because the right will come up with a dumb one to counter it like “all lives matter”
That was because their fees were based on the sale price of the item minus the shipping. So they were only paying fees on 1 cent. They changed the fees so that the total sale including shipping is calculated.
It encourages more consumption
A lot of marketing strategies are pseudoscience. Just like a lot police investigation practices or body language assumptions.
It is kind of a dick move when companies overcharge for shipping. I only charge calculated shipping on large or heavy items because those are the ones that vary a lot and I don’t want someone in zone 8 (like Southern California or even someone in HI buying it and shipping costing more than they paid. If it’s under 1 lb then I just give free shipping and bake it into the price.
I always round way up because sales tax is so high here. 17.99 = $20. I’m usually within the $1 range when I check out.
Americans could stand to lose some weight.
Pretty normal in the u.s. as well. Usually when there is a large family gathering like a wedding.
Fucking piece of shit.
He later served as a lobbyist for the Podesta Group.[4][11] His clients at the Podesta Group included banks, such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo, Berkshire Hathaway,[12] pharmaceutical companies,[13] casinos, the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, and Walmart,[14] among others.[15] In addition to lobbying work at Podesta Group, he has also lobbied on behalf of United Way Worldwide and the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities.[6]
Anytime someone says “small business” I know they’re full of shit. Define “small business” it’s just like saying “middle class” fuck off.
It is super annoying when there’s a really slow driver on the highway. Usually the right lane is pretty clean from people driving on it continuously and the left lane is completely fubar. So it’s safe to go faster in the right lane, but very dangerous to pass using the left lane. I’m talking about when there’s two dry tracks with a little bit of snow between them and lots of salt on the road. Safe to go 40-45mph with no issue, but they want to do 25.
We don’t need CSAM on Lemmy, thank you.
34" inseam is too long 32" is too short. Thick legs compared to waist size so if I don’t go up a size the legs are too tight.
Good for rephrasing things when I’m having trouble.
Mostly vintage electronics, (PC, cassette decks, VCRs, a laser disc player one time), cassette/Video tapes, I have about 1,000 NOS vacuum tubes I need to go through. I also like to sell car parts, but I don’t go out of my way to look for them. I kind of just like fixing that kind of stuff as a hobby, but don’t really want to be a hoarder. I also find other oddball stuff once in awhile like really rare books or collectibles like vintage toys. It’s all usually stuff that is hard to find so the people buying it are really happy to find it.
If you’re good enough you can compete against real NASCAR drivers. Much cheaper than even the most basic amateur racing such as auto cross.
So what kind of game are you making?
