Remember warheads???
My sophomore year of high school I snuck out of the house one night, my friends and I pushed the car down the driveway and got it going. Hung out all night. Got caught about 5AM by the local police. (I didn’t have a license either, I was 15 I think.) Cop drove me home and dropped me off to my mom. By then I had been awake 22 hours and was exhausted and tried to go to bed. Oh no. My punishment was going to school. So about 4PM when I got home…. 34 hours awake? (I was a pretty good kid in school…. Most of the time…) 😁
Hugs to you. ❤️
I’m going to strat smoking tomorrow if he wins and next week when I see my primary care I’m asking for a four year prescription of Xanax. My kid has sick years of school left and then I’ll head somewhere else. Or maybe we leave now. She’s already asked if we can go to Canada.
I think since he’s threatened anyone who votes for him, we all now are eligible for political asylum.
Any by Radiohead. They are all different.
I was on business trip in Atlanta and had nachos at a dive bar. My supplier had put me up in a corner suite overlooking the runway and I spent the night bowl hugging with liquid coming out of both ends. Met my boss at the airport the next morning where he said I looked green… and he upgraded us to FirstClass. It was my first time in FirstClass and I spent it in the lavatory. Got off the plane, had a meeting at the plant, went to the hotel and passed out for 12 hours.
Just turned 50. Was childless by choice. But I Got custody of my 12 year old niece two years ago. (Very small family and There was no one else to take her.). I love her but I do miss my adult freedom.
The first time I read 192 I thought that was your schlong. Go America. 🤷♀️🤣
My favorite was number 5. It’s got the grooviest bass line. 🥰
I’m about an hour from Asheville and plan to frequent the towns around to help them rebuild from the hurricane. Not right now, but as they are ready.
Helen GA is on my list. It’s modeled after a Bavarian alpine village.
St John’s Newfoundland Canada as that looks to be the eastern most point in North America to watch a sunrise.
I would love to go to Lviv Ukraine as my DNA says my family is from there.
I have a 12 year old so hard to keep her interest in small places. That being said, Atlas Obscura is wonderful for finding oddities around the world.
I had a 1995 Kia Sephia and my dad happened to be the parts manager at a dealership with a Kia franchise. Found out the transmission was made by Mazda. I think that or 1996 was the last year. You might have had the same thing.
1985 Ford Tempo. Everything broke.
No need for puppets! Let AI do the work. Fake news for free!
I’ve been Mac at home since 1998 and windows at work almost all of that time. I assume it’s the equivalent of being bilingual at this point.
Sure…. Have you heard of skynet? Lol
I would stay with nursing. You can go anywhere with it, and you can never be replaced by a computer.

I have mixed feelings. “ Back in my day,”…. Before the internet (cough cough) the only free news was the TV. We paid a quarter each day for the newspaper, or $3-4 for a magazine. I’m sure spent $50 a month across a variety of sources. And that was in the 90’s. I feel guilty pasting link after link into archive myself because of the paywalls.
Pringles Schezuan BbQ potato chips. In the purple bag. Those were the bomb.
