There is always a cutoff cost. For example, it cannot support Ukraine to the point that it’s own territorial security is compromised.

I was saying that with the assumption that the US winds down support for Ukraine and is not seen as a trusted partner for European security.
There is an unfortunate reality that there is a tipping point. At some point, Europe will need to cede Ukraine and stock up for itself to defend the next Russian incursion.
I know people don’t like the technical interview, but for me, it’s not about knowledge but process. I don’t care that you don’t have something memorized or don’t know the syntax without your linter. I want to see how you figure it out. I was interviewing for a junior web developer, and I gave them the task of fizzbuzz. I told them it was OK to use Google or any other tool. The interview ended with the prospect in tears. I felt very bad and told them they could finish it outside the interview and send it to us (they didn’t). Somehow, they were still on our shortlist.
It is entertaining to consider that modems were just computers screaming at each other in shrill voices.
TBF all those sci-fi transparent displays would be terrible to use
Yeah, it’s not about complexity things you can do with python, it’s the complexity of getting it to run. That continues to be the biggest pain point for me.
Firstly, most sports have an open league and a women’s league. Women can play in the “men’s” leagues if they are able. Secondly there is an olympic.sport where men and women compete against each other, dressage.
Once I got Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for my birthday, I just so happened to do something (don’t remember what) to get grounded from TV/Nintendo for a month. I read that manual so many times over the next month. Not sure I ever actually beat that game.
My computer has windows and can fly
If Russia didn’t have nukes, I guarantee you they would have been invaded over their invasion of Ukraine. (Not that they would have done that without having nukes)
I think part of the subtext of the wizarding world is its parallels to British sensibility. You do things the way they’ve always been done because that’s just the way of it. You don’t come up with new spells, you rely on the tried and true spells that have been around for centuries.
I am confused. What is lol about “government agency”?
I would contend this isn’t political, as it is making parody of a government agency and not the political parties mentioned.
Sour cream. As a kid, I didn’t like it. Now it’s essential on my tacos, pierogi, and chili.
