Perhaps that’s where we get the Mandela Effect.
Perhaps that’s where we get the Mandela Effect.
With a regular drip coffee maker, a lot of people prep it before bed. Take a couple minutes to put the filter, coffee grounds, and water in the tank and set the timer so it is ready to go when they walk into the kitchen in the morning. Saves a couple minutes in the morning and can get that caffeine addiction hit right out the gate.
This is essentially what I did when I was laid off August last year. And it did take about that long to really be free of all the stress I’d racked up over the years in retail and other public customer-facing roles.
Greyed out options like that almost always mean the person has been hitting cancel or delay for several warnings already.
Marked as Spam, I’ll never see it again, and if enough people do they’ll get the entire email service blocked by your email provider since they’re actively hosting spam. And there’s not much more annoying and difficult than trying to remove a legitimate service from spam lists because some users abused it.
No idea why everyone is defending a 4chan green text with anecdotes from 30+ years ago.
It’s a green text, it’s fake. That’s just a general rule. But even if we pretend it’s real, it’s 4chan, it’s being posted by a kid, probably 14-17, but no current school is going to go anywhere near that type of shit, they’d be sued immediately in this society.
I’d hope millennial would be old enough to understand shirts vs skins.
Age has nothing to do with how unlikely it is that a school gym class would have students take off their shirts to differentiate teams in a game.
DLSS is an Nvidia technology, so of course it is.
What the fuck kind of school gym class doesn’t have any alternative to kids taking their shirts off in class?
Even the poorest public schools have crappy colored jerseys that go over the regular gym clothes.
In the grand scheme of shit that never happened, this is near the top.
To be fair, you can advocate for a group you aren’t a part of. I advocate for LGBTQIA rights and I’m none of those.
That’s not an inherent red flag.
Meanwhile, night
fucksfolks are the cool kid clique not allowing anything fun to happen until the rest of humanity is struggling to not die.
We used to be trusted as the night protectors. Until we regain that respect, day walkers shall receive none of our treasures!
We were trusted to protect the village from the terrors in the night for thousands of years! Now we’re cast aside as pariahs, weird beings that shouldn’t be in the group just because we’re different. Until we regain the respect we deserve, the day walkers shall receive none of our treasures!
It was everywhere when the process first started. But like most news after a couple days it gets replaced. Especially with all the other crazy shit in modern society.
So its not saving time, just costing money to increase surveillance.
So just like nearly everything the TSA does.
Polanco, Mansour and Reilly are three of five police officers the city has fired for testing positive for cannabis, despite a state law that made cannabis legal and another law that stated police officers cannot be disciplined in any way for off-duty cannabis use.
None of the five officers were accused of using cannabis on the job or being under the influence while working.
If I’m reading this correctly, the issue is really just a federal law about Schedule I drug use. Cannabis is in the process of being rescheduled out of Schedule I by the DEA, currently in a mandatory 60 day public comment period. So if that were completed already, this wouldn’t even be an issue now.
Seems pretty straightforward that this is the right call of what to do here since the only reason we’re even talking about it is bureaucratic delays with the federal process. Unless I’m missing some additional context here.
And what would the Republican response be? The exact same, or even worse, they care even less about people in general unless they are millionaire donors.
Because no third party is winning this election, so those are the two actual results possible. Any other choice won’t accomplish anything at all, no matter what you keep telling yourself. In the real world, at this time, voting for a 3rd party doesn’t teach the major parties anything. It just throws your vote away. Which you are free to do, but don’t think you’re somehow better than others voting for a candidate that could actually be in office. 3rd party candidates can say whatever they want, they’ll never have to actually follow through on any of it.
Because nobody with the ability to change it wants to change it. They don’t see criminals as people. And it doesn’t matter that the person is not actually a criminal. They somehow think that innocent people being free shows them as somehow being soft on crime, because it requires compassion which is clearly a weakness, or something they just don’t experience, because they’re a sociopath. There’s a reason so many “successful” people show sociopathic and psychopathic tendencies, it lets them do things others aren’t willing to do.

Unless you’re posting radical left propaganda (actual radical, not what the Republicans say is radical) you’ll be downvoted to hell and never get any actual conversation or discussion out of it. Trying to have an actual discussion here is a waste of time and effort that would be more effectively used elsewhere.
Well we know for a fact that the US doesn’t even care about our own children dying. Why would we care about ones on the other side of the planet?
And we keep trying to reduce medical coverage and public funding for healthcare. Hospitals are being closed all over the US.
To be honest, it’s on brand.
No, it’s even simpler than that. The majority don’t pay attention to anything past headlines. There are numerous reasons for this, time, effort, working 3 jobs to make ends meet, etc. And that’s something the Republicans excel at, they have spent the past 60 years developing an entire network of media to spread their propaganda masking it as factual “news”.
Because people aren’t looking past the headlines… if you break that down and simplify why that is , you get to the base of the average person having a hard time in the current economy. One party telling them that it is hard and they’ll change things, and the other party telling them it’s not actually that bad. If you’re having a hard time and one group keeps insisting that you’re really not, you’re probably going to pick the other side if those are the only options. It’s not rocket science, fuck, it’s not even political science, it’s just ignoring the issue and trying to convince someone being beaten to death by the system that they’re not actually getting beaten.
