It works well for communes where small groups live together and are capable of holding one another accountable. It does not work when a small number of individuals control the state including power over law enforcement and the military. That concentration of power destroys communism and instead becomes exploitative and fascist.
I did not lycan them to one another.

Remember a year or so ago when they all spun down production so they could charge more money for drives? I do.

No, this has happened and I did not feel the need to change my name. Nobody even associates my name with his because his heinous crime happens so often in my country.

It was prior to that. I left around that same time.

Poor people are confused and think affording overpriced tech means they are wealthy. But they’re just slightly less poor.

Shouldn’t be asking on the fediverse at all, even if you delete a post there is zero presumption of privacy on the fediverse. It’s not at all designed for that.

That’s actually a moot point on Lemmy as it only guarantees regular users lose convenient access. And there is ZERO presumption of privacy everywhere on the fediverse. The system is not designed for that, even when it comes to deleted posts.

In the US that changed in the 1970s if I recall correctly.

What you described is why modern police departments restrict or ban high speed chases. They are entirely unsafe for the community and because of adrenaline result in far more shootings of suspects.

I am not trans myself, but I have a trans daughter. In my experience trans people do not want to be treated any differently than you would treat anyone else. I would especially not make reference to their transition in public, ever. If they are a close friend or family member who discusses such things with you in private that might be a different story. But ultimately pointing out their differences or that you notice their differences or patronizing them in any way will only be felt negatively.
TL;DR, don’t say anything to a trans person you wouldn’t say to a CIS person. The kindest thing you can do is treat them like everyone else.

He’s definitely campaigning to the Pearl clutchers.

Yeah, but you literally cannot see where the doorbell is at my place. It’s a physical impossibility. I live on the second floor of a two flat with an enclosed entryway. No window anywhere in the building can see who rang the doorbell. Glad that works for you.

Good luck doing that in my place.

I live in an urban area and we run out of candy in two hours there are so many kids.

They would have to spend so much time building a brand and making a name for themselves they would have no time to be a real doctor. Otherwise they are making videos and just throwing them into the ether. That’s why doctors lend their expertise to governments and NGOs because those already have a reputation and communication channels.

Did you just choose to ignore the rest of my comment?

If you can make money as a doctor you’d have to be an idiot to try and make money as a content creator.
Unless a doctor is being paid by a government or NGO, it makes zero sense for them to spend their time making educational content on the Internet. It’s actually pretty easy for doctors to donate their time actually helping people directly if they want. Lots of doctors do that already.
Bring it full circle, First Family.
