Maybe we could have the government and him get together and have a discussion about it. Probably need some sort of impartial mediator to sit in too. Since Garcia doesn’t have a wealth of knowledge about what’s legal and illegal we could also have some one there to advise him in these matters.

I just think every person should be able to present their side of the story, ya know.

    I don’t care if he’s the Capo di tutti i capi of whatever cartel they all “are members of”, until there’s a fair trial with evidence. And even then when the government goes this far to violate human rights, it invalidates their whole case
