Not so much disagree, just that it’s stupid. Wearing the Guy Fawkes mask after V for Vendetta became prominent. When they buy an official one, Warner Bros gets a cut. The mask was worn by a man fighting for a Catholic monarchy and a theocracy, and is a foolish symbol for this group.

Do they as an organized group even exist?
Yes and no and yes.
Kind of like “Redditors”. 4Chan people have organized things under the banner of “Anonymous”. Did all of them participate? No. But we still say Russia is invading Ukraine when it’s not all Russians.
Some of them even broke off into another organized group called Kiwi Farms, I think. I believe they were the ones who thought that Anonymous wasn’t bullying people enough.
