Agreed. I have seem WAY more hatred from liberals than conservatives on both platforms.
But having said that, especially with your personal connection, I can see how you feel that way. It’s just that so many people use what we say against us, that we gotta be careful sometimes.

I can’t imagine being in a country like Ukraine and have to worry about being sent to the front. That can probably mess you up. I agree with Universal Monk though and good that you removed the last paragraph. That said, it is understandable from your pov and showed the frustration being handled like a chess piece by politicians.

It’s terrible. Thankfully I’ve left before the war started, so I’m safe, but I see and hear the stories (both from my friends and family who are still there, as well as just generally from Ukrainian news) everyday about someone getting kidnapped and beaten/tortured/killed by the regime, or about people trying to escape this hell by “illegally” crossing the border and either being caught by regime’s “border guard” or die trying… Seeing liberals cheer that makes me… well, “a little bit upset”.

I think there is hope now Trump is trying to end the war, but don’t count on the EU. In our country they still think it is fine to destroy peoples life’s to safe ours. They just look at it like it’s a game of chess.
Hey Bob - didn’t know you are Ukrainian. You’re in a rough spot man - hope everything will work out for you. You see this in Europe as well, they want to extend the war at all costs and are now trying to form a European alliance. People in Europe who get their news from MSM think Ukrainians want to fight longer and don’t want to give up any territory. This is also combined with the worry that Putin will invade the rest of Europe if Ukraine loses.
I am not too worried about that and I agree this needs to be stopped. Enough people have died.
