Husband’s cpap machine arrived, and it already seems to be helping him!
Maybe now we can sleep together without needing white noise in some manner so I don’t kill him!
That’s so great! I’m really happy for you both. My partner got a CPAP a couple years ago and it was like night and day (after an initial adjustment period (couple months)). BOTH of sleep quality went way way up.
